Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This Notice is prepared under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform visitors who use the contact form on tangulgroup.com, with TANGÜL Group acting as data controller.

Personal Data Processed

Full name, email address, phone number (optional), brand/service of interest, and message content.

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed to evaluate your request, contact you, and inform you about the service you're interested in, under KVKK Art. 5/2(c) and (f).

Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties other than the email/infrastructure provider used to deliver the form; any transfer abroad occurs solely due to that provider's server location and only within the conditions KVKK permits.

Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, request that corrections be notified to third parties it was transferred to, object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems, and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
